Lyberty Cardigans was born in December 2001 when we purchased our first cardigan - CH Pecan Valley Titan Blue Magic.  We quickly fell in love with the breed. 
Dogs have always been a big part of my life.  I participated in obedience classes with many of my "mutts" over the years. 
Rick and I married in 1984 and he quickly became a "dog person" too. 
In 1999 a beautiful German Shepherd named Maggie Mae came into our lives.  Through her I became an active member of a local all breed kennel club and participated in performance training.  After working several all breed dog shows with the Country Music Cluster, the confirmation bug bit.  We researched many breeds and decided on the Cardigan.  It was a match made in heaven!

We are a small, hobby kennel where the dogs are pets first and show dogs second.      

Our goal is to produce quality Cardigan Welsh Corgis with sound structure and temperament.
